Q. Do you give after sales support?

A. Yes, you can ring or email us 7 days a week. We also continually monitor the effectiveness of your website and ask you to give us regular feedback to ensure you are totally happy with the success of your website

 

Q. Do you charge anything at all for updating my website?

A. No, updates are done completely free of charge. We encourage you to keep your site fresh by sending us extra photos etc., as often as you can

 

Q. Do you charge for adding links to my website?

A. No. We exchange links with many other relevant websites as part of our service. You are free to send us extra links and banners if you wish.

 

Q. How many pages can I have?

A. Within reason, as many as you need. The maximum is 20 pages, but few people need that many

 

Q. Can you set me up with some email addresses?

A. You can have up to 5 email addresses completely free of charge

 

Q. How many photos can I have in my gallery?

A. Up to 500. You can have more than one gallery if you wish

 

Q. I want a blog / journal. Is that possible? Would that cost extra?

A. We can set up a blog for you which you can update yourself after logging in via your web browser. Updating your blog is very easy. There is no charge to set it up

 

Q. I want my clients to be able to write reviews about our sessions

A. We can set up a guestbook that your clients can write in. You review and approve all guestbook entries before they go on public display. There is no charge for a guestbook

 

Q. I already have a website, but I prefer your designs. What are my options?

A. You would have 2 options. The first would be to leave your existing website as it is and let us design a new one using a different domain name. Obviously, you would then have 2 websites. The second option is to move your domain to our server and let us design your website using your existing domain name. We do not charge a fee to move your domain to our server
